was a little upset this morning..

am helping my friend's kid in her PSLE by just trying my best to teach her tuition for English, Maths & Science.. so took her assessment book out this morning and wanted to mark it..

and got 'nagged' by mom, saying that she's actually not in favour that I teach her... like I try so hard to get out of teaching full days on Saturdays, then I come and carry this new thing..

but the reason & motive behind me helping her, is NOT only her PSLE, but to also help her parents give her abit more attention, as she is growing up and facing changes in her life.. this girl is very smart, and its really easy to teach her, since her parents are quite strict with her too.

but ultimately, its the company and attention I want to give to her, letting her know that if she ever face any trouble or need a listening ear, she has me to call ...

so I was really quite upset when mom said all those.. I didnt 'fight back' or argue with her, i just kept quiet.. and I guess she would know how I felt when I just kept quiet.

but oh well.. guess mom's happy that I didn't go out today, at least I spent time resting @ home (which was GREAT!), and we went nearby our place to have dinner.
(hehe, I had a nap from 3:30pm to 6:45pm. haha! its really.. shiok) It has been longgg since I've done such afternoon naps. =P
